Trial and litigation experience includes jury and bench trials in federal and state courts and numerous arbitrations, as well as numerous civil writs and appeals.

My employment law practice includes cases of wage and hour violations, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, fraud, defamation and other situations where employee rights have been violated. I also help employees and executives negotiate severance agreements with their employers.
